"My experience has been an absolute nightmare! I needed a sr22 to be able to reinstate My license. I called state farm and purchased a policy, telling the agent I had lost My license due to no insurance etc. After dmv didn't receive notice of the sr22 I called them back only to be told they can't do a sr22 for new clients. Ok fine no worries, the policy was canceled within an hour of purchasing. A week later and I still have not received my refund! I have sent several emails with NO response. However, i did receive a phone call back, the woman tried to tell me i wasn't clear with the policy I needed, bs. Then went on to tell me the policy (that I canceled) needed to be declined BEFORE they could start the refund process. First and foremost how can you decline something I canceled, and Secondly it should not take over a week to refund the money from the canceled policy. She was quite rude IMO and offered no resolution other than I must wait. Do not recommend"
